The Brief:

Drive brand engagement between US Soccer fans and Heineken,

and increase purchase consideration on match day.  

Problem

Soccer is the #1 sport in the world, but in the US, it still lags behind the other major sports.

On match day, fans default to the beer choices that they are familiar with.

Insight

Sports fans crave opportunities to participate during sports events because it makes them feel included in the moment. 

Strategy

Solidify Heineken's role on match day by allowing our brand to be the catalyst for a memorable and interactive experience. 

Creative Work

The creative team solved the brief by suggesting a partnership with Draftkings. They provided social content, in store key visuals that could be used on table top displays, as well as landing pages and in-app graphic devices.
